Returns
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it in, placed inside of the original, clear bag that it was shipped in. Otherwise, we will not be able to return it to stock. You’ll also need provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you are responsible to cover the shipping costs of the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the size/s you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item/s, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@harmoniccovers.com.
REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
You are welcome to return your covers but we ask the following:
- To explain the reason for your return in an email sent to: admin@harmoniccovers.com within 5 days of receipt of your order
- Please reference your order number and reason for your return request
- If you found that you needed different sizes than you ordered, please let us know what sizes you ordered and which sizes you wish to exchange for
- Please ensure your item is returned unused and in pristine condition in its original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping
- You will be refunded the cost of the cover/s and taxes once the covers have been received back to our warehouse (about 3-5 weeks)
- All returns require a Return Form form: CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD. Please include your Return Form form inside the package with your item(s) for return. Be sure to include your name, order number, phone, email address, and reason for return.
